Our Mission & Vision.
Our Core Purpose is to enhance the life chances of every child and drive social mobility.
At Zenith, our day to day guiding principle is our Mission Statement:
'A quality education & experience for all'
Our central vision as a Trust puts pupils and students at the very heart of our work as we look to deepen a sense of community for all stakeholders. This vision, we feel, captures the work of all our individual schools:
Our Core Purpose
- To enhance the life chances of every child and drive social mobility
Our Mission Statement
- A quality education and experience for all
Zenith Multi Academy Trust will ensure excellence across the key Trust pillars of school improvement, school operations, and governance, harnessing the transformative power of collaboration so that all students attend truly outstanding schools. Regardless of background or need, all our students will achieve well and have high levels of well-being, because they are taught and supported by the very best staff, who are in turn well-trained and supported by the Trust. All Zenith staff will be committed to providing a truly quality education and experience for all, inspiring the next generation through an ambitious, well-conceived curriculum, a rich extra-curricular offer, and excellent pastoral care. School leaders will act ethically, inclusively, and always with the students’ best interests at heart.
All Zenith schools will value students’ social, moral, cultural, and spiritual development, helping to build exceptional character so that our students are kind, resilient, and always conduct themselves with dignity. Our students will be aspirational for themselves, enjoying their time at school, and flourishing as individuals within a safe, secure, and nurturing environment. They will know how to keep themselves and others safe and well, and develop the knowledge and skills to become highly effective, independent learners, learning about leadership and being part of a team.
By working closely with the families and local communities we serve, and listening to students’ voices, our provision will ensure students are well-prepared for life in a modern, tolerant Britain. They will secure outstanding academic outcomes and high quality destinations, always well-prepared for their next steps and able to adapt to the ever-changing demands of the workplace. As adults, they will go on to lead happy, purposeful, rewarding lives, and make a positive contribution to the world.
