Our Trust places great emphasis on staff wellbeing, and we therefore have a robust Mental Health and Well-Being Policy, which includes initiatives such as:
- an extensive calendar of events throughout the year focusing on physical, financial, and mental health and well-being;
- mental health support via counselling services and mental health first aiders;
- free private healthcare through Benenden and access to 24/7 counselling services, alongside wellbeing resources through VIVUP;
- access to occupational health professionals who provide support to schools to help employees stay in work, or to return to work, after experiencing mental or physical health problems.
